RS components not delivering on agreed date
Purchased a electronic torque tester online from RS Components, after a week I had heard nothing from them, mailed the mail address provided and the reply was that the item would be delivered the 10th of September 2021. Today, the 9th of September 2021 i received a mail informing me the order will only be delivered on the 21st of September 2021!! Unacceptable. I have a business to run and cannot repeatedly be informed that tools ordered / delivery dates are being moved continuously. Refund my money!
