RS Components : No delivery after 30 days

I purchased a Raspberry Pi3 and some other components from RS Components on 3/3/2016 for the amount of R1217.69 . They delivered the other stuff in batches over several weeks, but the pi never arrived.<br> <br> When I enquired I was told it was intercepted by customs. Then after another week they told me they will send me a replacement order. I was told that the replacement would arrive on 24/3/2016. When I complained Carmel Leeu responded and told me that the second Pi was also intercepted by customs. Since then I have not received any feedback and all emails are not answered.
