Rs Components - Beware Click Bait pricing. See link to product in question

Ordered 16GB SODIMM RAM module at the advertised price, as found using Google Search. I ordered it and paid on the 4th Feb 2021

Wrong item was sent, even though my order states a 16GB SODIMM they sent me a thumb drive. The same item is still available on their system under the same code and price waiting for someone else to unwittingly order it!

They have subsequently double-debited my account after I reluctantly agreed to a refund, so now I am out of cash for 2X the price of something I still don't have!

I have subsequently changed my stance on this and I am going to insist on receiving the item I paid for.

Very bad service! Delayed response to email. They don't even read the full content and skirt the main issue which is I want the product I paid for and a refund for the over-charge.

This has been going on since the 4th Feb 2021 without resolution!
