Online ordering impossible for an online business

Tried to order items unsuccessfully on their website. For some strange reason their system process 2 payments at the same time (one for the SA items and one for the international sourced items) when you purchase online. Naturally your bank sees this as potential ***** and decline the transactions. The solution to this is go and perform an order at their service desk where the payment will be one transaction. You will still have to wait for international orders that will then be shipped to you (assumed)at a cost or you can travel there twice making using them rather pointless unless they are the only supplier. Another pecu****ity is their practice of charging you more than the invoice value. This have been mentioned previously in other reviews. - they have disclaimer though that this will happen. The actual invoice value is apparently corrected at a later stage.

All of this is blamed on their "system" and they are working on changing it. Looking at past review - this doesn't seem to be a priority.

If you place single orders this should not be a problem but if you complex orders - be prepared to be frustrated.

Overall - a very disappointing shopping experience for a company that is focusing on online service.
