No delivery after 1 month of promises

I bought a Li-battery, urgently required. received E-mail that delivery in couple of days. Day arrived, no delivery. Tried 011 number -terrible!! cannot connect to an operator. Website live chat very helpful, gave 086-number; contact with an agent. She apologized an mentioned "new rule" since (even though indicated available on local website) these items have to come from UK warehouse. received mail that it will be delivered 3 May. Come 3 May.... no delivery. Had to go through whole process again. Now informed that "new rules" changed form 2 weeks to 8 weeks!!! Still have no idea when it will be delivered. order no ***
