Incredibly shocking service and they ***** your money

I purchase a combination square from RS costing R800. When I recieved it the quality was shocking and the protractor head didn't lock making it useless. Emailed RS 3 times to return but no one rep****, so I drove one hour to kyalami to return it personally. I returned it and was told the money will be transferred within 24 hours to my account. This was on Friday and now its Tuesday. Will never do business with this company again, they are *******
