Double payment made

RS Components are now simply ignoring my emails after a double payment was made on some parts I bought from them. They were very quick to reply on my query and said that I did not read the instructions carefully about credit card payments conditions and I totally understood that. I ended up doing a credit card payment and an EFT at the time the parts were delivered and I explained to them. They said that I will be refunded after 14 days and I am still waiting after a number of emails that was sent tp them.
