Debt Payment Demands

I placed my first order from RS-Components this week.<br> I bought 20 replacement fuses I needed for projects and the total amounted to ~R100.<br> <br> Using the website I checked out with my debit card.<br> According to the website, payment was successful and the order was being processed.<br> <br> I check the \My Orders"page and it says my account has no orders.<br> I check my email and I have emails detailing my order and the success.<br> I check my bank statement and nothing has been processed.<br> <br> I phone RS-Components.<br> I'm told this is completely normal"
