RPR SA Waterproofing and Roof repairs - Very disappointing Workmanship and Service

Job was meant to take 2 weeks, but after 2 months and having paid 85% of the fees already, we still have a leaking roof with damage to our ceilings after the first rains. The roof hasn't yet been properly sealed and still needs to be painted and the new gutters haven't yet been installed. Supervision is limited, different teams work on site every day/week and when they run into an issue, they don't know how to solve it. The teams arrive late every day and some days don't arrive at all - and some days don't even bother to inform us. Initially the complaints were addressed with promises, but now the owners and management is just ignoring our calls. This has been a very disappointing, inconvenient and costly experience, with no good results so far.
