Tombstone unveiled with flaws

Bad customer service… they really don’t take care of their customers once they have money on their side they say their tombstone have 25 years guarantee but I was disappointed just before two years the paint worker was oxidised and the tombstone has cracks were it was joined they promised to fix the problem up until now it’s not fixed we had to unveil the tombstone with all the faults I even took pictures to show them but they were not bothered up until now no one contacted us as a family
