Tombstone 1

I have been doing a follow up regarding the tombstone that I bought 2021 which was returned back to the factory and now they are telling me that they can't find my file. I have spoken to the manager then he referred me to the person who deals with the tombstone directly. I have to call him for follow up. Today I also phoned him and he told me that he will call me back before cob even now he have not. I am very disappointed with their service. I am expecting my tombstone before month end of June. I am not happy with this service.
