They don't want to pay my claim
I have a policy with them and i have 2month behind, since from February i keep on checking my Policy it's laps or not,then they say is up to date, i checked again on 5May 2026 they said they reinstate.i asked them I will be on trial or not they said, (No) my Policy has been reinstate with no change at all.My Grandmother passed on last week,the funeral was on Saturday, i call them they send me all the documents for the claim i filled it and send back to them,i wait for them till today, they told me the are busy with investigation,on Tuesday they said my Policy has been laps, and I have all the conversation that says my Policy has been reinstate with no changes at all, then the Lady said it was a missed understanding she asked for forgiveness

27 May 2026, 19:29They send the massage says MY Policy Laps on the 02February 2026 , I'm on trial till 1August, i asked them how they say missed 2payment i told them I'm not disagree with that,but i did check Up on my policy since February no one told me my policy has been laps.They requested the screen shot of all the conversation i did send it to them yesterday, I didn't receive any response to them, and if the Policy Laps Why they send me Claim documents, and I explain to them i will be able to pay my policy on the last day of the month not on the 07th, they said if i pay last day of the month is for onther month,I asked them why they didn't tell me,cos it's been 4years I make payment like that, I asked for statement when there is nothing like that it's show's the same month (EG) when I do payment for March they allocated for March not the next month, when I checked the document they removed my Grandfather from the Policy without telling me, I asked them they said He was 75years the time when I opened the policy of which is not true , cos i open the policy on 07 October 2022 , and He was 74years ,all i want is to Pay my Claim and put my Grandmother back to the policy,cos i pay the policy for 4years YOUR HELP WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED

27 May 2026, 19:44When I told them my Grandfather was 74years the time i open the policy, they say my first payment was 01December 2022 ,i told them I'm not sure about that payment cos it's been 4years i request the statement for October 2022 they say they don't have, they have only from December 2022 it's been long i even not remember according to me my Grandfather his surpose to be in the policy unless if they can prove to me, all i want is for them to pay my Claim in full and my Grandfather back to the policy,i even go to mashonesa for 10k so that we can do the funeral and I have to pay back the amount of 15k PLEASE HELP
