The stone destroyed after a 1 year of installation

1 year later, my moms stones is pealing off and the body is almost destroyed. It's appalling that a company with the most expensive stones uses cheap material to make their stones. The paint used on it is clearly not waterproof, the stone looks 10 years old. I've tried to complain through the sales person I've used and it's been 3 months that I haven't received a response. I spent 12k for a stone that didn't last a few months, it's ridiculous. A number of people is complaining here about the same paint issue and nothing has been done. I really hope people would normalise looking at these reviews and not use this company again, it's insane how they don't care about people or customer service.
