Royal Tomstones does not deliver on what customer has paid for

I bought 2 of their tombstones that were on sale and paid in September whilst being assisted by Wenzile ***) from Royal PMB. On my information sheet i had advised that there will be tombstones unveiling on the 28th of October 2023. On the 24th of October Grant came to erect the tombstones and it was not i had paid for. I tried contacting Royal Tombstones and was assisted by Rosita ***) who promised me that my tombstones will be fixed before friday the 10th of November 2023. Now they are not replying to my texts and Wenzile is saying there is nothing she can do on her side.

I asked if this is how they treat customers that have already paid because they keep telling about my name not being on the schedule.
