ROYAL TOMBSTONES REFUND DISPUTE

Royal tombstones is holding my money hostage I made a purchase from them in January and paid the full amount upfront, the purchase was for 2 tombstones however I did not collect the tombstones as the lady who assisted with the sale advised that they can keep the stones for up to a year.

I now require a refund as I won’t be needing the stones anymore but they are refusing to give me back my money.

Upon buying the stones, I was not told that there is no refund once you purchase something from them, the refund policy was not shared with me at any time, it is no where to be found! Not even on the documents sent to me when I purchased. They withheld important information to make a sale and now I’m stuck not knowing what to do.

I contacted them and stated my case, then only did they send me the refund policy AFTER I bought the tombstones and request a refund.
