Royal tombstones play hide and seek when they are supposed to fix their errors

I bought a tombstone at their Vryheid branch in June 2022,the message on the tombstone had spelling errors,i informed them same day of the installation,they pŕomised to correct the errors but they never did so,instead they ignored my calls and whatsapp,even their top managers did the same,till today the tombstone is not fixed,im so disappointed and angry.
