Royal Tombstones is nonsense

I'm extremely disappointed by Royal Tombstones, On the 29 May 2024 I purchased a Bible tombstone for my late mother and was advised of the time frame of 2 - 4 weeks ,after not hearing anything from the Witbank office I follow up and was advised that the installation was booked for the 28 June 2024 and I reminded the lady Gugu of the unveiling date 1 July 2024 and that I am based in Gauteng Soweto then she said she will forward the message to the warehouse and I called again and spoke to Nokululeko who said I was scheduled for the 1 July 2024 I then informed her that the unveiling is on the 1 July 2024 and we were traveling to Mpumalanga , she promised to call me back and advised the way forward on the 2 July 2024 I contacted your call centre to log a complaint and the lady advised that she will contact the Witbank manager after speaking to Goerge the installation was booked for 3 July 2024,on the 4 July 2024 the installation guys claimed that they got lost while the address provided was correct ,next installation date was on the 13 July 2024 and they arrived at 18:00pm only to return back without installing back and forward to this day 16 July 2024 [6weeks] my late mother's tombstone has not been installed, again on the 03 Aug 2024 they arrived at 18:00 same excuse it's late and dark , i called Herman how was extremely rude and dropped the call nonsense company now the manager from Witbank is dropping my calls so unprofessional
