REFUND AND TOMBSTONE INSTALLATION

I ordered a tombstone on the 29/03/2024 in the Khayelitsha CPT Branch and i was then told to pay R1000 for the permit.

I was told by 1 of your agent Yolanda to do a cash send so she can process on her side and after a few months I did a follow up and i was told she no longer works there I must speak to Thembi and she confirmed that Yolanda never made any payment n she ****med a lot of people. I was the told if I want to proceed, I must do another payment, and this was to the City of Cape Town straight which I did and am glad to say the tombstone was installed.

I spoke to the Team leader Elinza Van Reenan and I was told to submit an Affidavit and proof of account for the refund which I did and to date I have not received a cent nor communication and I followed up via Whatsapp on the *** number and this was on the 28/03/2024 and to date no response.

I trusted this company so much to the sense that I bought another tombstone of R13500 and to date again it has not been installed, of which I was told the installation date was the 01/04/2025 but when I followed up, I was told the removed my name from top of the list to the bottom, this tombstone was supposed to go to Tarkastad from EL.

Please tell me now how can I trust you guys again.
