Pathetic service

Bad service and lack of respect for customers. We bought 2 tombstones and later came for the third one. The 2 stones need repairs and we've been sent from pillar to post. They are all friendly when you come to buy but when it's time to repair as promised it becomes a problem. We've resorted to reporting this to the ombudsman as our initial step before taking the legal route.
