Once you pay them, you will beg them for service!!

My wife and I bought and paid for a tombstone in April 2024 and the company promised to install it in May. The date was then changed and a new date was given for June 2024 because they apparently had issues at their warehouse. All the supervisors stopped taking our calls and eventually installed the tombstone in July after we had pressurised them with legal action. Very unprofessional company, they have no regard for our customs as they asked us to move the unveiling on 2 occasions within a day of the date that was given to family members who had already booked flights.
