All this company cares about is causing sales, they do not explain anything in full detail at all. I paid in full for a Tombstone and I was supposed to provide them with documentation afterwards and 2 weeks after paying in full I decided to change my mind and cancel the tombstone as at home they had already done my dad's tombstone and it was granite and not concrete like Royal tombstone. I was then advised that they can't cancel as they already started production but what I don't understand is that I had not provided them with any documents the required for the tombstone. I had only paid in full for it.i checked on the papers they had there was nothing that states I can't cancel. I have sent them multiple emails and keep getting ignored
