Materials and paint used is the worst and can't stand the harsh weather conditions

I bought a tombstone from Royal tombstone in Pretoria, the stone was installed. I got a shock of my life when within six months I realised the paint was cracking and fading. The picture I put on the stone was fading through water damage. The stone is not durable at all, it can't stand outside weather. I don't know why they are using the materials they use and claiming it will last. If you want to safe yourself some embarrassment buy a cheap granite stone or marble instead of this Royal tombstone. I feel like I wasted R15 000 and dishonoured my beloved mother. I now have to remove this nonsense and replace it with a proper granite/marble tombstone from reputable company. Royal tombstone please stop ****ming people by selling this cheap cement stones, they are very bad and not worth the money....
