BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I don't recommend Royal Tombstones, they not organized, unprofessional and they don't care about their customers especially if you have paid already. We bought 3 tombstones from them Nov 2023 they promised to deliver beginning of Dec but they postponed it to 20 Dec while we told them we are having unveiling on the 24th of Dec.On the 20th they phoned us telling us that we must postpone the unveiling because they can only deliver January 2024.And their employees they know nothing about the company ,we asked for the Head office they didn't know where it is, we asked where is the factory in EL? they gave us wrong address but we finally got a number for manager. I don't even want to talk about the manager, her name is Rosita she was very rude not willing to listen to anyone. I can write a book about their bad service. We had to hire a truck and people to install the tombstones because everything was ready for the day, the only problem was tombstones. THEY TAKE TOO MUCH ORDERS WHILE THEY KNOW THEY NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO DELIVER ON TIME.
