Good day,im writing this message with broken heart,tears in my eyes.I bought a head stone for my late mother from Royal tombstone on early June in Cape town and my sales person said installation will be on 25th of July,i then agreed and told my families which they said its okay as they must also do ceremony tombstones for my late aunt and uncle so all 3 will be on same date as it will cut the cost.I was very happy because from my siblings I'm the only one who is working.On 24 i made a follow up they told me the weather is bad in Cape town but i was curious cause the tombstone will not be install in Cape town,then we agreed that next date will be before the 8th of August.I then spoke to my family again to prospone it,then they agree.Today on the 01/08/2024 i did a follow up,now Louisa told me that they cant help me is too soon,so they will have to refund me.Im heart is bleeding.
