Poor Service

I am so upset I habe been dealing with this company for about 2 months now. I received an incorrect package from them and informed them within the 7days that were stipulated by them. I live in Vereeniging and have to drive back to Benoni to give them them back the incorrect product.They keep giving me the run around when I ask them who must incure the costs because they are telling me that the production manager wants to see the product first when I sent them pictures and videos. So they expect me to drive to benoni to drop off the incorrect product and it was not my my fault then drive back to Vereeniging,then once they have the correct product drive back to Benoni to fetch it. Im appalled by the service. Who must incure the costs for all that travelling back and forth.
