Bad service

The service in this company it's very bad,I went to buy there using the funds from nyda,I did the quotation when we were done waiting for my invoice they told me that the don't have those things in stock and when I asked when is it's going to be in stock they say they don't know, instead of giving me the straight answer they gave me attitudes,and there prices are not on the book they change,they not treating customers the same .why did they not call first to find out if the stock was available before wasting my time and treat you like they are doing you a favour by making you a new quotation because they know that the funds are already in their account.
