STILL waiting for parcels to arrive from the U****!!

<p>I have 4 packages that have been sent to me last year from a family member living in the UK and I am still waiting to receive them. Everytime when I contact the my local post office I'm told that the parcels have not yet arrived in the country, how long does it really take??? Then when I contacted the Cape Mail Hub I was informed that my packages arrived in JHB last year and received the following feedback:</p> <p> </p> <p>RU ********** 36GB Left GB on 14/12/16 – arrived in JHB on 23/12/16 still to be processed<br />RU ********** 66GB Left GB on 14/12/16 – arrived in JHB on 23/12/16 still to be processed<br />RU ********** 72GB Left GB on 15/12/16 – arrived in JHB on 20/12/16 still to be processed<br />RU ********** 86GB Left GB on 15/12/16 – arrived in JHB on 20/12/16 still to be processed</p> <p> </p> <p>The website states the following for each parcel:</p> <p> </p> <p>Latest update: It's on its way</p> <p>Your item, posted on 10/12/16 with reference RU ********** 36GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in SOUTH AFRICA.</p> <p> </p> <p>Royal Mail can't assist, getting no-where with SA Post Office & with customs!!! Why has it been delivered to JHB when it was suppose to come to Cape Town and secondly everyday I email JHB customs, replies to my emails and also when I try calling, no-one answers!!! I've wasted so much airtime already!!! I need to know where exactly are my parcels and when I can expect delivery as I've been waiting for a month already and still "it is yet to be processed"!!!! ADVISE ASAP</p>
