Pathetic service!! No delivery of parcel, Uselless

This freaken company have not deliverd my parcel, but on their stupid website it says that they attempted to deliver it on the 10th of November, which is utter ********!! I have received no phone calls, and they also have not delivered it to my place of work, as I was there the whole day!!! Now they want to keep it and send it back, or I have to pay some sort of holding Fee!!! Absolutely pathethic service.
