When I click on the link “where is my order, Track and Trace I saw the message that your delivery partner tried to deliver our parcel, but there didn’t seem to be anyone in. WE LIVE IN AN ESTATE AND NO ONE CAME TO OUR SECURITY GATE. We specifically asked for our security to be on the look out for your company. NO ONE LEFT A NOTE WITH THE SECURITY.
