WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE @ ROSS CHAMPION DURBAN

I was referred to Ross champion by outsurance to repair my vehicle .I was sent from pillar to post to sort out a default in the paint job that was done by Ross champion. I dealt with Zak who never returns calls and not helpful and then referred to Clive the branch manager who also does not return any calls. It cost me money to get a car hired as I could not bare the stress of this entire ordeal. I requested a call from the owner to discuss the service received but never received a call to date. Ross Champion show's a don't care attitude towards there customers when there is a come back. VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH SERVICE and management.
