Windscreen cracked and spare wheel ******

My vehicle Ford Focus 2009 model was taken to Ross Champion as per request of my insurance after my accident. Firstly from being moved from the DMAC assessment centre to Ross champion as distance of 50 metres it took them a week to pick up the car. Them the bumper that I had brought in with my car was ******. With completing the job, they took a month longer than first stipulated, continuously saying that 3 parties were the reason for the delay. When my vehicle was finally ready for pick up, there was a cracked windscreen that they deny knowledge of even though it wasn't there when the vehicle was brought in. My spare wheel was ****** and they put a biscuit spare wheel to replace it. When asked about it they say they don't know anything about it. Then the computer box was left exposed on the passenger side and I had to drive back to them to have it fixed. This all occurs with them saying that my vehicle was ready for collection last week with all these faults. I have to drive my car with a cracked windshield that is spreading at an alarming rate and a spare wheel that is too small for my car. Its actually a danger on the road.
