What a terrible overall service experience. One guy eager to assist is worth mentioning from my first visit. Sharp curve thereafter. Upon arriving for an assessment. No. One. Had. Time. Shortly thereafter, someone came to take pictures of my car. No communication. Just someone rushing to seemingly do other better things with their time. Paid their R500 fee and was told that I would receive a quote the same day (Wednesday). After multiple calls with their receptionist who absolutely has no time and could not care less, I requested to speak to a manager on Friday morning. A quote miraculously came after 5 minutes. In the process of my amazement, the quote is R25000 higher than other local car repair places. That final touch communicated: thanks for your R500. We absolutely do not want you here'. Think again. Think McCain.
