<p>I had just been to your umhlanga branch to collect my car and to my disgust many items from my car were missing. Your staff handled the interior of my car without my permission and had the audacity to remove items from the car and seal it but remove and ***** items that they did want. You should have got my permission before handling and opening my car because it is my property. You are not going to replace what has been lost and are your staff so desperate that they need to even ***** prayer book. Utterly disgusted that you guys just touch clients cars without informing them. I will be informing my insurance of the poor service and loss of items due to your staff. You should be ashamed to employ such people and you just allow your staff to touch clients cars and open them!. It is not your property </p>
