Ross Champion - worst panel beater

My vehicle went in for a front right bumper scratch. Day of collection, both the wheel arches had paint sc****d off while they were trying to remove the arches. We asked them to soort it out. On the day of collection, we found out the at they had pai Ted both my fenders and blended on my doors. My vehicle is only doing 35000k. There were drips, fish eyes and other issues. It's been almost three months and I still don't have my vehicle back. Basically they are paintimg it for the 4th time now. Each time they had messed up. My husband was now forced to use their car until out car was ready. One day whilst driving to work a man knocked into my husband. We were told by the panel beater that access was 10k before they release our vehicle. Today I made some calls and found out the at the access is actually 5k. I am so frustrated and upset.
