Just for the record, we have been trying to contact you today after receiving notification from your insurer. The figures mentioned in your complaint are incorrect and documentation are available to verify this. Furthermore, the vehicle repairs were based on your identification of problems as you know your vehicle best prior to it being ******. We don't understand why you are under the impression that your doors should have been replaced when they were not damaged. Please give our offices a call when you are ready and we will gladly address the concerns and attend to anything related. We suggest that we procure a meeting with your insurer at the same time to ensure that all parties on the same page. Kind Regards Ross Champion Umhlanga
