Ross Champion poor workmanship

Let me start by saying that I will never deal with this company again. My car was in for a minor fender bender with the door and fender to be replaced. They replaced the Door resulting in the airbag being unplugged on the old door. When the new door was installed the airbag light was now on. These guys give me every excuse in the book why they do not fix this issue when they are authorized to fix this error, from blaming the insurance company saying that they did not approve the reset, too even claiming that my car had previous work done on it. That is the least of it they sprayed the car and the colours don’t even match. Now I see parts of the car totally a different colour from the next body panel. If i want a clown car I would have taken a paint brush and painted the car myself and I would have probably matched the paint better. What added to the fire was that due to the accident there were 2 dents about 10 cm apart with some chipped paint, they fixed the larger dent and forgot about the smaller dent. When I enquired they said that King Price did not approve this. My car has been with them 10 October (over a month) and they still don’t have all the cosmetic parts and panels. I have been pretty calm up until now because I'm being stringed along with more excuses. If King Price wants to deal with a company like Ross Champion who offer such poor workmanship then maybe they should review partners as I am one unhappy client.
