Ross Champion poor client experience

It is such a shame that Ross Champion was referred to me by a friend of mine. My experience with them has not been great, there is no clarity about a turnaround time and my vehicle has been with them for over a month and a half. My hired car option with my insurer has now expired and I am forced to either walk or take public transportation to work. This puts me at a disadvantage as part of my job requires me to drive. When I ask them when I might get my vehicle back they cannot seem to give me a straight answer. This is definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever been through and I hope it doesn’t happen to the next person
