Ross champion pinetown

Booked my car in at Ross champion pinetown two weeks ago. On the day of pick up found the car was not complete,apparently the job card was read incorrectly,my window hasn’t been replaced and front bumper,I was told to pay the access and within two working days they would get back to me,it was a mistake on their part.My wife calls in today to inquire as to when we could bring the car in,she got told off very rudely by a lady who claims to be the manager.It’s now our fault that they didn’t get the bumper replaced or have the glass fit company in to replace the glass.They have no regard for for their jobs or even customer service.It’s pathetic
