Ross Champion Panelbeaters Poor Service

12 WORKING days to repair a bumper !!! When I queried it, I was told they are not sure why the vehicle was left at the wayside, it was an oversight on their side. Seriously an OVERSIGHT for 2 WEEKS ?! Shocking service and I cannot believe my insurance company recommended them!
