Ross Champion Mount Edgecombe - Overview After and During Repairs

I took my car as per booked appointment to Ross Champion MountEdgecombe to have a very minor repair attended to. I arrived the day before my appointment to enable car to registered and do work could commence the very next day. On booking the car in I was advised by (Ahmud?) that at the worst it would take 7 days. I brought up the subject which concerned me and that was their poor communication, as it was plastered over the internet. He advise and so did reception that this week point had been addressed by the bring in of a group WhatsApp which would keep me advised. The first and second day it worked well, thereafter it fell flat and took me to phone in. 10 days later received my car which was way over their projected period. People at reception very welcoming, reception area spotless and apparently well organized. Car was supposedly washed prior its return, but bugs on bonnet and front still there, gave me impression that this was not a priority. Big failing nothing worse than not getting your car looking back looking pristine. As it gives one the impression you should look harder at the repairs carried out. Repairs were good if not done timiously.
