RC Mt Edgecombe worst service - July 2022 repairs not fixed

On the 25th of March 2022 I had an unfortunate accident, submitted my claim through Kingprice (approved on the 14th of April) and was referred to Ross Champion Umhlanga.

The car was inspected and quoted and had to wait +45days (Spares shipment delays) before sending the car in for repairs.

On the 14th of June dropped my car with Wayne (who no longer works there). As per attached, conversations with me and him requesting updates on the repairs. My fiancée was also in contact with him (latest convos are now of Shaun).

My car was ready for collection, and I collected it on the 22nd of July 2022, then the problems escalated.

On the 26th of July I sent Wayne a WhatsApp message of my window frames tearing. On the 28th of July while reversing on my driveway, the reverse camera stayed on until I reached my destination. Tried turning off my ignition and had my key out but it was still on. On the 1st of August another message was sent to report my sensors as my dash screen had an error (Check System).

Shaun booked me at Mullars Auto diagnostic center on the 12th of November. With the results apparently, they had to reopen the claim with Kingprice and have the issue resolved. (The same Kingprice that approved the claim for Ross champion's quotation)

We have been given the run around for 6 months, been to Umhlanga premises more than 3 times with queries after the repair. Been sent to 1 supplier after another.

I am currently frustrated and disappointed with the lack of professionalism and lack of urgency.

My complaint will be escalated to relevant sources.
