Poor service from so called specialists.

Took My car to have the Door replaced, Firstly it took more 3 Weeks. I went to collect the Car and found that the battery had died. They Charged it for me but when I stopped again it would not start, had to get road side assistance and purchase a new battery. They did not disconnect the battery and it was there for a long time. Secondly the button that opens the boot does not work on the door , I am still waiting to hear from them its been more that 2 months now. That to me is just Pathetic customer service. I have instructed my insurance to never use them again.
