Poor Service!!!

My car was taken in for repairs, the panel beaters called me to come pick the car up. Only to get there and find out that it still had dents (the very same dents they were supposed to fix). This is after I was informed that the car was kept for quality assurance. So if they could not see the dent they were supposed to fix what quality did they assure???

All they could say was "we're sorry can you come back and pick it up next week". WOW!!!! the service is just abysmal and amateurish..
