Pathetic Service from Ross Champion Panel Beaters

Sent in my company van for repairs after an accident and it took 3 months for me to get it. When my driver goes to pickup, it does not start and I am told that its not their problem and i have to take it to Toyota for battery warranty. Such bad service an communication from what is promised. So many delays and unwarranted issues that prompts bad service. lack of transparency and
