Pathetic service

Ross champion umhlanga terrible service from the time of booking vehicle in, it was in for 28 days, 20 days car rental was over. The inconvenience of replacing with another car rental from them. The staff don't have proper communication amongst themselves, there's never a manager to speak to after consistent nagging and shouting car was ready workmanship wasn't 100% paint work on inner doors bubbles and ruff edges noted and they resprayed on top of a dent under the door panel which was supposed to be repaired. Absolutely frustrating the back and forth battle, we are paying for a service and these service providers are not up to standard. Still waiting for a call its a week now they have to contact my insurance again for another quote to get the dent repaired, which should have been done in the first place. It's also my insurance King price who have these panel beaters as there service provider. Also to mention the excess we pay to these people to receive this kind of service
