Original car part’s missing

Ross champion at umhlanga have still my original car parts now they playing games with me I have all prove that after Any one or can assist with the Mananger because the one I’m dealing with now is playing games still they have acknowledged their mistake but still doesn’t wanna reambas now I must sell the old part this is stressful can I get someone to assist on this matter ,what the reason of the insurance really?
