My vehicle went in after a bad accident. The reception service was excellent. Sma the service advisor kept me updated at least twice a week on the progress on my vehicle.

Insurance delayed the process a bit but Francois the manager assured me that they would have a courtesy vehicle for me at the end of the car hire period. True to form the courtesy vehicle was ready and waiting.

The work done on my vehicle was excellent. One small part needed to still be done and they called me as soon as the part arrived. They dropped me at work, fitted the part and fetched me to collect my vehicle.

I have no hesitation in recommending Ross Champion, their work and service is excellent.
