Just because I'm a woman?
<p>I was absolutely blown away when I received a quotation from this place. My vehicle went from a few minor scratches on the left side bumper to serious damage needing replacement parts. I feel so sorry for people who fall for the b.s. some panelbeaters come up with. All quotes received was between R3000 -R3500 for the repairs. This place falls out with a whopping R 10032.92 and that's after they inspected the vehicle. What do I look like, some kind of fool?</p>

Our estimator who did the quote has 6 years’ experience as a panel beater, he noticed that the rear end wasn’t aligned so he had to add an estimate to align the rear end. This is to ensure the quote we submit to the insurer/customer is as accurate as possible. Please keep in mind that the assessor from your insurance company has the final say in what is authorised and what is not. If they felt that alignment was not necessary then we would amend the quote as per the second quote that was submitted to you.
We are an approved Ford repairer and have high standards that need to be met. We could not match a repair of this type to the quotes you received for R 3000 – R 3500.
