<p>Its bad enough that Roos Champion had my car in their possession from the 6 of february 2017 but only started fixing my car on the first week of march, after them fixing my car I take the vehecle to kia for a battrey change, I then ask kia service managers</p> <p>to have look at my car only for them to show me what I had already seen for myself. My insurers had requested them to change the damaged parts , unfortunatelty for my car the exhaust newly fitted is old and poorl welded</p>

This is definitely one side of the story as we are both aware. Ross Champion went out of their way to assist you in every regard. We accept fault in that we did not keep you up to date as we should have but your Kia parts were on back order, for the first order as well as when we ordered the additional parts required on your vehicle.
We also provided you with a courtesy car due to the parts taking so long even though this was not the fault of Ross Champion. We also gave you a R 2500 discount on your excess as a means of apologising for not keeping you up to date. We are able to provide all correspondence with the parts supplier that there was no stock availability.
You stated that we did not fit a new exhaust. We have explained to you that we were authorised to fit a new ****ler (This is not an entire exhaust). We ordered all your spares directly from the agents, including the ****ler; we supp**** you with a genuine tax invoice as proof of this. The issue you have raised with us relates to the actual ****ler. This part comes as a whole and we merely fit the part to the vehicle. We have taken this matter up with Kia South Africa and informed of this.
To falsely accuse a company of ********** actions is ******* and defamatory which is why you have amended your original heading of your post. We did request that you remove these remarks but the content of your review still refers to ********** actions. This has been submitted to our attorneys for further action and we will respond to you in your personal capacity from here on out.
