Disgusting non existing service

Ross Champion, your service is non existing. It is disgusting. You have got absolutely no idea what client service is. You don't keep a person informed on progress. Sorry, there are no progress, so you don't have anything to report on. You requested me to bring my vehicle in as you have received all the parts. You advised me it will take maximum 2 weeks. After 10 days and numerous phone calls from me, I was advised that you are still awaiting the parts. Are you kidding me!!!!! I could have still drove my vehicle but no, you have it now just standing there because you are still waiting for the parts. I followed up numerous times with you until you finally confirmed that you now have the parts. Now today, after yet again numerous call from me, I am advised that you have an incorrect door and it doesn't fit. I have told you on many occasions that I only have a rental vehicle until 1 October. Now today I am told my vehicle won't be ready. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! YOU will no provide me with a rental vehicle. It is your extreme poor service and lack of interest in your clients that has resulted in my vehicle being there for almost 1 month and still not ready. Am I going to get feedback in the morning like I was promised? I think I already know the answer. The insurance company is aware of your complete lack of service. They will be taking thus matter further
